What a great time we had in Budapest. Basic accommodation in a central location enabled us to walk to most places we wanted to go. The apartment owner met us when we arrived, took us to a cafe close by and told us a bit about the city
We took one tram trip just to try it out
This is an inexpensive city to visit and just as cheap to eat out as it is to prepare your own meals
The river Danube is said to only look Blue to those that are in love
The buildings and statues were amazing.
