Great place to celebrate Ken's special birthday

We have finished celebrating Ken's 'special' Birthday - it took 3 days.
Day 1 Australian Birth Date, at home being waited on for the day
Day 2 Canadian Birth Date where we spent the day at Kimberley Ski Resort.  The day started at minus 22 degrees then the sun came out and so in the middle of the day we had a crisp -18degrees with the sun shining and the slopes looking clear and beautiful.  The icicles hung from the trees - it was a picture!
Day 3 A dinner at Franks Restaurant in Cranbrook with Cranbrook neighbours Greg and Jan.  It was fantastic. The atmosphere of the restaurant is relaxed and intimate, the service is exceptional, the menu was the most extensive menu I have seen in years and the meals were huge, the prices were excellent and the company was so much fun.  The staff brought out cake and sang happy birthday to Ken.  It was such a great night.
